YURUNDO Illustration Terms of Use & License
YURUNDO illustrations are free to use for both personal and commercial purposes.
No attribution is required, and you do not need to contact us or request permission before using our illustrations.
You may use YURUNDO illustrations in documents, websites, social media posts, advertisements, videos, presentations, educational materials, community projects, and other creative works.

What You Can Do
You may:
・Use the illustrations for personal or commercial purposes.
・Use them on websites, blogs, and social media.
・Use them in flyers, posters, brochures, documents, and presentations.
・Use them in advertisements, videos, and other promotional materials.
・Use them for schools, PTAs, local governments, businesses, organizations, and community activities.
Edit the illustrations as needed, including changing colors, cropping, resizing, and adding text.
Use the illustrations as a supporting design element on printed materials, promotional items, and similar products.
Attribution and usage reports are not required.

What You Cannot Do
The following uses are prohibited.
1. Redistributing or selling the illustrations as assets
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make YURUNDO illustrations available as standalone assets, whether in their original or modified form.
This includes uploading them to stock image or illustration websites, including them in asset collections, or distributing them in a way that allows others to reuse or extract the illustrations as standalone assets.
2. Using the illustrations as the primary value of a product or service
You may not sell or distribute products or services where a YURUNDO illustration itself is the primary content or value.
Examples of prohibited uses include selling or distributing YURUNDO illustrations primarily as:
・LINE stickers or other messaging stickers
・Social media stickers or emoji
・Stickers and decals
・T-shirts or merchandise
・Illustration or asset packs
・Templates
・Similar products whose primary appeal or value comes from the illustration itself
However, you may use YURUNDO illustrations as a supporting design element on company or organization materials, promotional items, event materials, advertisements, and similar works.
3. Using the illustrations for AI training
You may not use YURUNDO illustrations to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop generative AI systems, machine-learning models, LoRAs, or similar technologies.
This includes using the illustrations as training datasets or training materials for such systems.
4. Other prohibited uses
You may not:
・Claim ownership or authorship of YURUNDO illustrations.
・Use the illustrations in a way that falsely suggests that a product, service, or content is officially created, endorsed, or provided by YURUNDO.
・Use the illustrations in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
・Use the illustrations primarily for defamation, discrimination, illegal activities, or other unlawful or seriously harmful purposes.

YURUNDO illustrations are free to use under this license, but they are not in the public domain.
Copyright and other applicable rights remain with YURUNDO or the respective rights holders.
Using or modifying an illustration does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original illustration to you.

YURUNDO is not responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, or other issue arising from the use of its illustrations.
Illustrations, services, and the terms of this license may be updated, modified, or discontinued when necessary.
